Total Rehab of Cottage House

 This is a total rehab of a cottage style house to flip. These are before and after pics of the house. This house had a lot of years of neglect and needed major repairs with carpentry, electrical, and patching of walls.

Kitchen: This before pic was taken from standing in the living room. The 2 doorway walls were taken out to open the space up and make room for a new kitchen.

New kitchen: Pictures taken from standing in the dining room where the first 2 pictures. I designed and built this kitchen to include building the cabinets from Habitat for Humanity (Restore).

The living and dining rooms

By the front door, this bookcase was originally a doorway to a sunroom in the front of the house. I took it out and put a door back in.

I hung all new lighting and fixtures in the entire house. I had an Electrician put in a new upgraded panel box.
